Materials needed:

  • Cardstock: 80-110lb / 216-300gsm
  • Finish: Matte or linen texture (not glossy)
  • Size: 8.5×11" sheet (standard letter)

Print settings:

  1. Open PDF in Adobe Reader or Preview
  2. Print dialog → Actual Size (not "Fit to Page")
  3. Paper: Select Cardstock or Heavy
  4. Quality: Best or High
  5. Orientation: Landscape

Finishing:

  1. Let ink dry 2 minutes
  2. Trim to 10×7" (if needed)
  3. Score center fold line with ruler and bone folder
  4. Fold carefully along center line
  5. Burnish fold with bone folder or credit card
