What exactly am I buying?

Digital downloadable art files (PNG and JPG formats) in multiple print sizes. You'll receive instant access to high-resolution files ready for printing.

What sizes are included?

Each print includes 4 sizes: 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, and 18×24 inches. This gives you flexibility for different frames and spaces.

Are these physical prints or digital files?

Digital files only. You download the files and print them yourself (at home or through a print service). No physical product ships to you.

Can I print these multiple times?

Yes! Print as many copies as you want for your personal use.

Downloading & Technical

How do I access my files after purchase?

Immediately after checkout, you'll receive:

Download link on the confirmation page
Email with download button
Access through your account (if you created one)

How long do I have to download my files?

30 days from purchase. Download and save them to your device right away—we recommend backing them up to cloud storage.

What if my download link doesn't work?

What format are the files?

ZIP files containing PNG and JPG versions of each size. Most devices can open ZIP files automatically. If not, free tools like WinZip or The Unarchiver work great.

Can I open these on my phone/tablet?

Yes, but we recommend downloading on a computer for easier file management and printing.

Printing

Where should I print these?

Options:

Local print shops: Staples, FedEx Office, CVS, Walgreens
Online services: Printful, Printique, Nations Photo Lab
Home printer: Works for smaller sizes if you have photo-quality paper

What paper should I use?

Matte or glossy photo paper works beautifully. For a premium look, try cardstock (80-110 lb).

Why do the colors look different when printed?

Screen colors and printer colors use different systems (RGB vs CMYK). Slight variations are normal. For best results, use a professional print service with color calibration.

Will these fit standard frames?

Yes! We provide standard US sizes (8×10, 11×14, 16×20, 18×24) that fit readily available frames from Target, IKEA, Amazon, and craft stores.

Do I need a mat or border?

Not required, but mats add a professional gallery look. Some sizes (like 8×10 prints in 11×14 frames with an 8×10 mat) work perfectly together.

Usage Rights & Licensing

Can I use these prints in my business or office?

Yes, for display purposes only. You cannot resell the prints or use the designs in products you sell.

Can I give printed copies as gifts?

Absolutely! Print and gift as many physical copies as you like.

Can I share the digital files with friends?

No. Digital files cannot be shared, redistributed, or resold. Each person needs their own license (purchase).

Can I use these for commercial projects?

Personal use only. Contact us for commercial licensing inquiries.

Can I edit or modify the designs?

The designs are sold as-is. You may not alter, edit, or claim them as your own work.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure Shopify checkout.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds on digital products once downloaded. All sales are final. If you experience technical issues, contact us within 48 hours and we'll help resolve them.

Can I use discount codes?

Yes! Enter your code at checkout. Codes cannot be combined and expire as stated in promotions.

I have the CALM15 code—how do I use it?

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter CALM15 in the discount code field. You'll see 15% off applied before payment.

Troubleshooting

My files look blurry on screen. Is something wrong?

They're likely fine! Preview apps sometimes compress images. The actual files are high-resolution and will print clearly.

The ZIP file won't open.

Try:

Right-click → Extract All (Windows) or double-click (Mac)
Download a free unzip tool (7-Zip, WinZip, The Unarchiver)
Re-download the file—it may have corrupted during transfer
Contact us if still stuck

I received a corrupted file.

Rare but fixable! Email us at [your email] with your order number. We'll resend fresh files immediately.

My print looks pixelated.

Check:

Did you print at the correct size? (Don't enlarge beyond the provided dimensions)
Did you select "Best Quality" or "High Resolution" in printer settings?
Is your printer set to photo quality mode?

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

No shipping needed! Digital downloads work worldwide. Download from anywhere and print locally.

How fast is delivery?

Instant. Files are available immediately after your payment processes.

I didn't receive my download email.

Check:

Spam/junk folder
Promotions tab (Gmail)
Confirmation page (download link is there too)
